Refunds & Cancellation

This is the refund and cancellation policy for paid plans on Hotshard. At the time of writing the whole site is free and nothing is being sold yet; this policy takes effect when paid plans launch.

Cancellation

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If a paid plan is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge — you do not need to give a reason. After 7 days a charge for the current period is non-refundable, but you can still cancel to prevent future renewals. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually take a few business days to appear.
